June is National Men’s Health Month!
This month, focus on encouraging the guys in your lives (including you, gentlemen!) to take care of their bodies by eating well, exercising regularly, and trying to prevent disease.
The month’s official symbol is a blue ribbon, and the goal of Men’s Health Month is to raise awareness about avoidable health issues and encourage early identification and treatment of diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and depression. Many things that are beneficial to your body are also beneficial to your soul! So, eat well, go golfing, get a massage, and take a long nap. It’s all good for you, and if someone asks about the occasion, you’ll know: Men’s Health Month!
