Message from the ED – July 2022

Every year on July 1st, families from all over the country gather to celebrate Canada Day. While it may be a day filled with fun conversations, activities, and delicious food, it is also a time to reflect and be thankful. Practicing gratitude is an excellent way to improve our mental health and well-being and benefits those around us too.

Some of the best ways we can practice gratitude are by making others feel special. You can show those closest to you that you appreciate them.

Another way to show gratitude is through self-appreciation. Even if we have bad days, we must always be grateful to ourselves by celebrating our small and big victories.

When we practice gratitude, we bring positive energy into our lives, which can benefit those around us.

Happy Canada Day!
