Message from the ED – July 2024

With all this sunshine brightening things up this month, it’s the right time to focus on your mental health and take care of yourself. On July 24th, we celebrate International Self-Care Day, a reminder to nurture our own well-being.

This day is the perfect opportunity to explore what self-care means for you. It could be mindfulness practices, spending time with loved ones, or pursuing a creative hobby. Prioritizing activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit can make a big difference in your mental health.

We understand that everyone’s self-care needs are unique, and we celebrate this diversity. However, we also recognize that some groups face unique mental health challenges. Let’s celebrate by acknowledging these challenges and embracing self-care practices that support everyone’s mental well-being.

Wishing everyone a summer filled with joy, connection, and a focus on well-being.
