Message from the ED – October 2022

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

This year, Thanksgiving falls on the same day as World Mental Health Day. So as you take some time off to enjoy the day with friends and family, set some time aside to check in on yourself.

Mental health check-ins are an easy way to stay on top of your mental wellbeing, and they’re super simple! You can do them anywhere, anytime.

Here’s how it works: set aside time once a week (or month!) to check in with yourself. Consider how you’re feeling and what you’ve been up to recently. Then, make a list of anything that may be causing you stress or anxiety. You can also use this time to think about any changes you want to make or positive things that have recently happened!

Regular check-ins help us to keep things balanced and healthy, and they may prevent excess work & personal stress.

I hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving and a restful long weekend!
