Children & Change Group (ages 6-8)

Wednesdays – May 1st – June 12th, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm (7 weeks)
This is a counsellor-facilitated group program for children, aged 6-12 (ages 6-8 for this session), whose parents have separated or divorced. Children and Change helps children heal and thrive through experiential activities, art, role playing, games and discussion. Together, we explore topics such as feelings, changes and loss, loyalty, “Being in the Middle”, self-esteem, hopes and wishes.
