New year, new you!
It’s that time of year again—the time when you’re supposed to make a list of all the things you want to do and change in your life. But if you’re like me, you might be wondering: how much should I expect myself to accomplish? And is it even possible?
As we start 2023, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the goals we have for ourselves—but remember that it’s also important not to take on too much at once. If you set up your resolutions in a way that makes sense for your life, they’ll be more likely to work out in the long run.
When setting up new goals for yourself this year (and every year), remember that there are plenty of ways to achieve them! Don’t put pressure on yourself.
