Most of us live with some measure of depression, or at least the blues, but with spring finally on its way, longer days and the thoughts of warm sunny summer days can lift our mood creating a sense of renewal. More than ever, we are aware of the health benefits of spending time outdoors in beautiful parks, connecting with others and pursuing recreational activities that refresh, educate and energize. We may not know what tomorrow will bring but we can focus on today, on this moment, and know hope.
