Mental Health Week 2023

Mental health is essential to our wellbeing, which is why I’m embracing the “My Story” theme for Mental Health Week. Each and every one of us is unique, with our own set of experiences and perspectives that shape who we are.

It takes courage to share our journey, but through vulnerability and openness, we can create a community of understanding and support. Whether your story includes struggles with anxiety or depression, or triumphs of resilience and self discovery, it deserves to be heard. Let’s take this week to reflect on our personal stories and honour the strengths and vulnerabilities that make us human.
