Connect Counselling Mindfulness Group

Event Dates:
Tuesdays – October 15th – December 10th (excluding November 5th)
10 am – 12 pm

An 8-session introduction to the concepts and practices of managing stress and anxiety through mindfulness and cognitive therapy.  Through meditation, group discussion and home practice, this group explores themes of self-awareness, acceptance, perception, responding vs. reacting, communication and self-compassion.
